SEO Tip - Boost Your SEO by Building Links

A really good tip to use in boosting your SEO is to build a continual stream of links to and from your website.  This is basically connecting to and getting connected from other websites on the internet.  The more links you have to and from your site, the more Google will look at your site as a resource of good information. 

There are various different places you can get links from, here are a few ideas for you to try:-

1) You can submit articles to article directories.  Just write an article 250 words long or more, which gives some information, tips or advice about something relevant to your area of business including a link back to your website at the end of the article and submit this to an online article directory.

2) You can ask your customers and suppliers if they could put a link on their website that links back to your website.  You could also offer to put a link on your site linking to them.  They may not be aware of the value of links so, if you also explain to them the importance of linking it could be a good way of getting them to participate.

3) You can also join up to online business directories.  There are lots of free ones, just pick the ones that are most relevant to your area of business, enter your company information and description and include a link back to your website

If you do not have any other websites linking to and from your site, Google will not think that your site is important and this will not help you with your SEO in the Google rankings.
