The HTML coders require basic to advanced technical knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, CSS, Flash and other software systems, apart from the formal education of a bachelor's degree. They need to constantly update their knowledge through courses and seminars on these concepts. They also need to incorporate abstract thinking, self-motivation, and good focus and envision seeing how the to write code that will turn into the desired elegant design.
The HTML coders' job prospects are brighter in the next few years according to the U.S. Dept. of Labor as the e-commerce businesses are flourishing at an amazing rate. The HTML coders' salaries vary with experience from approx. $36,500 to $72,000 per year, according to The Pay scale Report. Cities like New York, San Francisco, Seattle, LA and Minneapolis are the high-paying areas for the HTML coders.
